Governo aguarda a divulgação do INPC de 2023 nesta semana para publicar a portaria com o reajuste dos benefícios previdenciários
O governo vai anunciar nesta semana o reajuste dos beneficios do INSS para quem recebe acima de um salário mínimo. Ficou acertado que, neste caso, aposentados e pensionistas terão apenas a reposição da inflação medida pelo Índice Nacional de Preços ao Consumidor (INPC), a ser divulgado pelo IBGE na quinta-feira. Não haverá aumento real para essas aposentadorias e pensões. Essa é a praxe que vem sendo adotada nos últimos anos.
Entre janeiro e novembro, o índice acumulado estava em 3,14% e, nos 12 meses, 3,85%. A expectativa é que o INPC de 2023 fique em torno de 3,4%, entre janeiro e dezembro, segundo especialistas.
Já os beneficiários pagos pela Previdência Social, incluindo o Benefício de Prestação Continuada (BPC), que ganham até um salário mínimo, terão ganho real, acima da inflação. Neste caso, o valor do benefício acompanha o piso nacional, que teve alta de 6,97% em comparação aos R$ 1.320 em vigor no ano passado.
O novo salário mínimo para 2024 ficou estipulado em R$ 1.412 e foi definido com base na inflação entre dezembro/2022 e novembro/2023, de 3,85% e mais três pontos percentuais (ganho real) relativos à expansão do Produto Interno Bruto (PIB) 2022.
Atualmente, a Previdência paga benefícios a cerca de 39 milhões de pessoas, incluindo o BPC. Deste universo, 67% recebem até um salário mínimo.
Assim que foi divulgado o INPC , os Ministérios da Previdência e da Fazenda editaram uma portaria conjunta com o reajuste dos benefícios previdenciários. O percentual corrigirá também as faixas de contribuição e o teto do INSS, que está em R$ 7.507,49.
