PROCESSO ADICIONAL NOTURNO - GERDAU AÇOMINAS

Estamos recebendo muitos questionamentos sobre a data de pagamento da diferença do adicional noturno.
Este processo dará, aos trabalhadores, valores diferentes em função do valor de seu salário, tempo trabalhado
neste horário e outros reflexos.
Em reunião com representantes da Gerdau Açominas, ficou acertado, entre o Sindicato e a empresa, que, tão
logo a Gerdau conclua os cálculos,
Enquanto isso, o Sindicato procederá com a conferência dos cálculos para, em seguida, levarmos o mesmo
para homologação na Justiça do Trabalho, o que deverá ocorrer até o final de fevereiro.
Existem muitos rumores sobre a data de pagamento deste processo.
Informamos aos companheiros que cabe somente à empresa e ao Sindicato manter os trabalhadores
o trabalhador será informado daquilo que tem direito, através do seu e-mail pessoal.
Enquanto isso, o Sindicato procederá com a conferência dos cálculos para, em seguida, levarmos o mesmo
para homologação na Justiça do Trabalho, o que deverá ocorrer até o final de fevereiro.
Existem muitos rumores sobre a data de pagamento deste processo.
Informamos aos companheiros que cabe somente à empresa e ao Sindicato manter os trabalhadores informados sobre este assunto, assim como tem sido feito.
