Companheiros,
Durante reunião realizada com os representantes da Gerdau Ouro Branco, foi discutida a contraproposta recusada em assembleia no dia 13 de dezembro de 2018 e acertados alguns avanços.
Esta é a contraproposta que o Sindicato estará apresentando em assembleia no dia 15 de janeiro, terça-feira, com votação secreta. Votação essa que atende às Reivindicações de todos os metalúrgicos que se sentem preservados na sua opção de escolha.
* Conseguimos que o abono de R$1.000,00 (hum mil reais) fosse transformado num cartão alimentação de R$ 1.200,00 (hum mil e duzentos reais), ISENTO DE IMPOSTO DE RENDA, O QUE SERIA DESCONTADO ATÉ 27% DO IMPOSTO DE RENDA DO TRABALHADOR.
Essa é uma antiga reivindicação de vocês e do Sindicato. E, agora, não sai mais.

Reajuste de 4% - equivalente a 100% do INPC - retroativo a 01/11/2018 sobre os salários vigentes em 31/10/2018, limitados
ao teto de R$7.500,00. As diferenças salariais serão pagas na folha de janeiro de 2019.
*Aumento real de 0,5% a partir de janeiro de 2019 sobre os salários vigentes em 31/10/2018, limitados ao teto de R$7.500,00.
*Pagamento de abono no valor de R$1.200,00 como carga única em Cartão Alimentação, a realizar em janeiro de 2019. Não
há desconto de Imposto de Renda.
*Melhoria no banco de horas, com manutenção da opção por pagamento imediato das horas extras. Horas compensadas no
banco (por opção do trabalhador) terão os adicionais pagos na folha do mês correspondente à sua realização.
*Manutenção das demais clausulas do ACT.
