Companheiros,
Estamos lamentando, mais uma morte.
Um jovem promissor, pai de família exemplar, perdeu a vida de forma trágica, em um acidente de trabalho, no alto forno 2, da Gerdau Usina Ouro Branco, ocorrido no dia 17, sábado.
Companheiros, num curto espaço de tempo cinco trabalhadores morreram na planta da Gerdau Ouro Branco.
É com urgência, que a chefia da empresa, reveja os conceitos sobre PRODUÇÃO /REDUÇÃO DE CUSTOS X SEGURANÇA DOS TRABALHADORES. Essa busca inconsequente pela tal produtividade com a filosofia de produzir mais, com baixo custo, ou seja, reduzindo o número de trabalhadores numa função e expondo os mesmos a jornadas excessivas de trabalho.
Durante todo o final de semana, a Diretoria Executiva do Sindicato, esteve de plantão na Sede da Entidade, onde recebemos vários trabalhadores denunciando, mais uma vez, sobre a carga excessiva de trabalho, a pressão exagerada de líderes e a informação de excesso de punição por questão de segurança.
A Diretoria do Sindicato está formando uma Comissão com Cipistas, Diretores do Sindicato, envolvendo a Diretoria Industrial, Gerência de Segurança e o RH da empresa.
É necessário companheiros, que se dê um basta, com urgência, nesses acidentes que traz intranquilidade para os familiares e os trabalhadores.
Já estivemos reunidos com a família do nosso companheiro, Leandro Rodrigues da Costa, onde prestamos nossa solidariedade e nos colocamos á disposição para o apoio que se fizer necessário.
