Companheiros,
Comunicado da empresa Gerdau Ouro Branco, a respeito da redução na sua produção, associado às notícias envolvendo a economia no país (agravada pela pandemia do novo Corona Vírus, o COVID-19), trouxe impaciência e intranquilidade para os trabalhadores de nossa região, especialmente os da Gerdau.
O nosso Sindicato, mesmo com as portas fechadas, vem trabalhando incessantemente, recebendo denúncias e, constantemente, como já foi dito em expedientes anteriores, estamos mantendo contato regular com o RH da Gerdau, quando todas as opções estão sendo discutidas.
Uma tranquilidade, que já conseguimos, foi o Aditivo já divulgado para vocês através do nosso Sindicato e pela empresa, que ratifica nosso ACT.
Essa medida, adotada em conjunto, nos dá tranquilidade, pois, com o ACT e o Aditivo assinado, todos os nossos direitos
estão garantidos.
O problema do COVID-19 nos preocupa, mas, o lado financeiro também nos preocupa muito.
Companheiros, o nosso Sindicato vem agindo, não está parado, não existe imobilização em nosso Sindicato, estamos com todos os diretores trabalhando, recebendo denúncias e repassando para a nossa imprensa, para que seja informado ao RH da Gerdau e das demais empresas.
Pedimos a vocês tranquilidade nessa hora, estamos agindo e temos total acesso a Gerência de RH e a Diretoria das empresas.
Estaremos discutindo com todas as empresas de nossa base qualquer passo que envolva a vocês, trabalhadores, notadamente com relação à saúde, à garantia de emprego e às suas conquistas. Conquistas essas que foram duramente conquistadas ao lado do Sindicato dos Metalúrgicos de Ouro Branco.
Companheiros, o Sindicato continuará em quarentena, porém, estaremos trabalhando em Home Office, através de nossos e-mails e telefones.
