É muito importante a participação de todos na votação da Assembleia, pois só assim, o resultado representará o desejo de todos.
Após 2 rodadas de mediação com Ministério do Trabalho, concluímos a contra proposta que será levada para Assembleia.

A contra proposta é:

> Vigência de 2anos;
> INPC: 4,77 sendo aplicado: *4,77% em FEVEREIRO 2021 (sobre salário base de 31/10/20);
> Abono em formato de crédito em CARTÃO ALIMENTAÇÃO no valor de R$2.000,00 carregado em até 10dias após a aprovação da Assembleia.
> INPC 2021: garantia de antecipação de 3% em Nov/21. *no caso de índice superior a este adiantamento, complementação em fevereiro/2022.
> Garantia de TODAS as cláusulas sociais.
> Incluído os colaboradores que estão em contrato suspenso por grupo de risco.

ATENÇÃO: **A votação será virtual de 7h do dia 09/02 até 12h do dia 10/02. O Sindicato enviará o Link para o e-mail de cada dos trabalhadores elegíveis ao ACT. **(Pedimos atenção as caixas de e-mail).
