ACORDO COLETIVO DE TRABALHO 2017/2018 - GERDAU OURO BRANCO

Companheiros,
No dia 04, quarta-feira, estaremos reunidos novamente com a Gerdau Ouro Branco, para tratarmos do Acordo Coletivo de Trabalho 2017/2018.
Num ponto, as duas partes, Sindicato e Empresa, já fecharam resolução: este acordo não vai para o ano que vem.
Todos entendem o momento em que o país atravessa com a crise política, moral e financeira. Com o desemprego atingindo quase 14 milhões de pessoas, sem contar com os jovens que estão procurando o primeiro emprego e que o governo não reconhece como desempregado.
Mas, todos sabem, companheiros, que os colaboradores da Gerdau Ouro Branco, no meio siderúrgico, são os que tiveram seus salários mais achatados, pois, há muito os mesmos não têm um aumento real. E, mesmo reconhecendo a crise, a empresa sempre esteve e continua produzindo, com 100% de sua capacidade nominal.
Portanto, um acordo rápido depende, principalmente, da seriedade de nossas negociações.
