ACORDO COLETIVO 2017/2018 - GERDAU OURO BRANCO

Companheiros, como é de conhecimentos de todos, já havendo sido matéria veiculada em nosso Informativo “O Tarugo”, a Gerdau apresentou a sua contraproposta depois de uma difícil negociação.
Aliás, tão difícil como foi com todas as empresas com as quais que a Força Sindical e outras Centrais Sindicais fizeram este ano.
Estas dificuldades devem-se muito, companheiros, à reforma trabalhista, de onde não se vêem regras claras e muitas empresas estão tentando dificultar as negociações.
Somando a isso, um cenário político e econômico que está devastando o nosso país.
A contraproposta apresentada pela empresa será levada em assembleia na quinta-feira, dia 30.
Sabemos, companheiros, que esta contraproposta não atende às necessidades dos trabalhadores, porém, como já falamos, no cenário econômico atual no Brasil, a contraproposta é bem acima da média aprovada em quase todos os acordos coletivos de trabalho, como mostra o quadro abaixo:
Como é do conhecimento de vocês, a Gerdau apresentou sua segunda contraproposta, sendo a seguinte:
* Reajuste de 2,5%, sendo: 1,83% (INPC) pago na folha de dezembro, de forma retroativa a novembro, e 0,67% (aumento real), pago em janeiro, retroativo a novembro de 2017.
* Abono salarial de R$500,00 em 1º de janeiro de 2018.
* Pagamento indenizatório de R$ 1.500,00, a ser pago 10 dias após a homologação na Justiça do acordo de benefícios a todos os colaboradores abrangidos pelo acordo.
* Pagamento indenizatório de 75% das horas apuradas de 05:00 horas às 08:45 horas, com todos os reflexos legais, desde 08.2011, com adicional de 20%, a ser pago 10 dias após a homologação na Justiça do acordo de benefícios a todos os colaboradores abrangidos pelo acordo.
*Pagamento da extensão do adicional noturno (20%) em folha a partir de dez/17.
* Renovação de todas as cláusulas sociais do ACT 2017.
