Os saques são possíveis para pessoas tiveram o depósito desses recursos há mais de três anos; veja todas as situações:
Muitos trabalhadores têm recursos para receber, porém não estão cientes. As quantias de direito, são originadas de cotas do Fundo de Garantia do Tempo de Serviço (FGTS) e do abono salarial PIS/Pasep. Os saques são possíveis para pessoas tiveram o depósito desses recursos há mais de três anos ou que foram contemplados com causas na Justiça que geraram indenização ou correção de custos.
Desta forma, mesmo os beneficiários que já tenham falecidos passam o direito para os dependentes e herdeiros, como esclarece Adriane Bramante, presidente do Instituto Brasileiro de Direito Previdenciário (IBDP).
Segundo informações, a quantia acumulada na Caixa Econômica Federal e no Banco do Brasil somam R$ 4,83 bilhões. Apenas o saldo oriundo de contas inativas do FGTS do ano base de 2019, chegam a 18 milhões, de acordo com a Caixa.
Como sacar o FGTS?
Os trabalhadores que exerceram atividade com carteira assinada entre os anos de 1971 a 1988 podem sacar o FGTS. No entanto, caso já tenha falecido, o herdeiro ou dependente poderá sacar o abono.
Para isso, é necessário que os representantes apresentem a documentação que comprove o falecimento do titular, além de uma declaração que prove a ausência de outros dependentes ou sucessores, bem como a carteira de trabalho do falecido e o número do PIS/Pasep.
Como sacar o PIS/Pasep?
O abono salarial PIS pode ser sacado em terminais de autoatendimento da Caixa, nas casas lotéricas e nos correspondentes Caixa Aqui. Para isso, é necessário que o beneficiário esteja com o Cartão Cidadão e com a senha cadastrada. Porém, caso a quantia não seja disponível em um desses canais, é possível retirá-la em uma das agências da Caixa apresentando um documento com foto.
O abono salarial Pasep é de responsabilidade do Banco do Brasil, os servidores públicos recebem os recursos em conta corrente ou poupança. Já que não é correntista do banco, pode receber por transferência bancária ou saque nas agências diretamente do guichê.
