Aposentados podem solicitar isenção do Imposto de Renda
Os aposentados do Instituto Nacional do Seguro Social (INSS) que possuem algumas doenças podem pedir a isenção no Imposto de Renda (IR) Pessoa Física. A possibilidade é dada a aposentados com 65 anos ou mais.
O limite de isenção na declaração do IR de 2021, referente ao acumulo de 2020, é de R$ 1.903,98. O teto anual para isenção do IR é de R$ 24.751,74. Os rendimentos superiores serão tributados pela Receita Federal.

Para solicitar a isenção do Imposto de Renda o aposentado deve enviar para a Receita Federal uma série de documentos que comprovem a doença. As doenças previstas em lei para o direito à isenção são:

Contaminação por radiação;
Doença de Parkinson;
Esclerose múltipla;
Espondiloartrose anquilosante;
Estados avançados da doença de Paget;
Hanseníase;
Hepatopatia grave;
Nefropatia grave;
Neoplasia maligna;
Paralisia irreversível e incapacitante;
Aids;
Tuberculose ativa.
