Nesta quinta-feira (3), clientes do banco Itaú reportaram inconsistência em seus extratos. Muitos correntistas reclamam de saques não identificados e informaram a entrada de dinheiro não especificado. Em vários casos, pagamentos feitos retornaram às contas dos clientes.
Em nota, o banco informou que o problema teve relação com um atraso no processamento de dados e não teve relação com quaisquer eventos externos.
Qual é o problema?
Clientes reclamaram que foram feitos saques não identificados – enquanto outros apontaram a entrada de dinheiro não especificado. Em vários casos, pagamentos feitos retornaram às contas dos clientes.
No início da tarde, correntistas também passaram a relatar dificuldades para acessar o aplicativo do banco. Também não foi possível acessar o site do banco.
Quais falhas são admitidas pelo banco?
O Itaú informou que a pane afetou a demonstração do extrato e o saldo de conta corrente.
O aplicativo saiu do ar?
Sim. O banco informou que seus canais digitais estão sendo liberados "gradativamente".
O que gerou o problema?
Segundo o banco, o problema está relacionado "com um atraso no processamento de dados bancários, o que gerou a necessidade de reprocessamento destes."
O banco afirma, portanto, que a pane "não teve relação com quaisquer eventos externos" – ou seja, não ocorreu nenhum tipo de ataque.

Segundo o banco, os canais digitais estão sendo liberados "gradativamente". Os extratos e os saldos das contas correntes já estão atualizados com os valores "integralmente recompostos".
