Em reunião realizada ontem à tarde, a Comissão de Negociação Salarial da Gerdau Ouro Branco nos apresentou a seguinte proposta:

* 5% de aumento, sendo que a inflação deste período foi de 8,5%.

Ela esqueceu que, no ano passado, não repôs as perdas inflacionárias e nem deu aumento real e, para completar a falta de respeito para com os trabalhadores, ela quer passar a cobrar o transporte, tirando do bolso de vocês até 4% de seu salário.

Fingiu que deu 5%, mas, tirou 4%. Somando os 10,33% do ano passado mais os 8,5 % deste ano, o trabalhador está com uma perda de 18,33%. Isto é uma conta simples, sem colocar aumento por cima de aumento. E, para compensar a cobrança no transporte, a empresa ofereceu uma indenização de R$1,000 (hum mil reais).

Por isso, encerramos a reunião com um desafio que a empresa nos fez.

Porque, em todo lugar, principalmente nas portarias da empresa, nas avenidas e supermercados de Ouro Branco, quando os trabalhadores encontram os diretores do Sindicato, eles mostram, claramente, a insatisfação deles com relação a empresa.

Companheiros, a informação de sua chefia é que todos vocês estão satisfeitos com aumento zero e perdas de benefícios e, agora, pagamento de transporte.

Ficou marcada uma nova reunião, para segunda-feira, não para melhorar essa proposta, mas, para a empresa tentar nos convencer, pois, como dito, encerramos a reunião sem nenhum avanço.

Mas, para o Sindicato, nenhum direito a menos!
