Companheiros,
No dia 05 de novembro de 2018, fizemos uma matéria com o título (UM TRISTE ANIVERSÁRIO), pois, nesta época, se completavam 3 anos do grave crime ambiental na Barragem do Fundão, em Mariana, com 19 vítimas fatais e um crime ambiental vitimando fauna, flora e o meio ambiente, de forma geral.
Infelizmente, tivemos, agora, novamente, um novo e anunciado grave crime ambiental na Mina da Vale em Brumadinho, vitimando não só o meio ambiente, mas, um grande número de feridos e, pasmem, um número que ainda não se sabem de mortos. Porém, é possível que o número de mortos chegue a centenas.
No Tarugo do dia 05 de novembro de 2018, edição 2093, falávamos que enquanto estiver só punindo as mineradoras ou empresas com pesadas multas, que elas nunca pagam, porque estão sempre recorrendo com os benefícios da própria Lei, mais crimes irão acontecer, mesmo que todos esses crimes de rompimento de barragens sejam previsíveis
e possam ser evitados.
Com este crime ambiental, em Brumadinho, é que já estão falando em punir gestores e criar novas Leis para que essas punições sejam concretizadas com a cadeia (prisão).
Hoje é muito cômodo para os gestores dessas mineradoras, porque, como aconteceu em Mariana (e, agora, em Brumadinho), muitos ficarão desempregados, mas, estes gestores continuaram livres, empregados e passeando em cima de centenas de corpos sepultados na lama.
