Companheiros,
Após uma série de atrapalhadas tipo está que está desestabilizando politicamente o país , o governo agora
quer remendar, para pior, a Reforma Trabalhista do Temer. Porém, de uma forma grave, indo na contramão das
medidas tomadas pelas empresas, que é a de incrementar mais segurança para seus colaboradores, preservando à
vida e a integridade física dos mesmos.
Pasmem:O governo federal vai rever todas as Normas Regulamentadoras de segurança e saúde no trabalho do país
conhecidas como NRs com o objetivo de simplificar as regras e melhorar a produtividade . A ideia é reduzir
em 90% as normas vigentes. O governo diz que irá modernizar, desburocratizar e simplificar as Normas
Reguladoras (NRs) que tratam da proteção à saúde e à segurança dos trabalhadores. Atualmente, o Brasil tem 37
NRs e, mesmo assim, cerca de 2.700 trabalhadores morrem, anualmente, vítimas de acidentes de trabalho no país.
Sabemos que essas normas foram construídas ao longo de anos, em torno de debates, diagnósticos e estudos
de construção de regras que permitem às empresas construir sistemas de proteção que evitem as mortes.
Infelizmente, boa parte das mortes causadas por acidentes de trabalho são decorrência do não cumprimento
das normas de segurança. As NRs se referem, por exemplo, ao uso correto de maquinário, à maneira como as empresas devem fornecer equipamentos de proteção, ao treinamento dos trabalhadores para executar suas tarefas
de modo seguro, entre outras orientações.
Vale destacar que o Brasil é o quarto país do mundo em acidentes de trabalho. E que isso acontece mesmo tendo as normas de segurança orientadas pela Organização Internacional do Trabalho (OIT).
Os acidentes, nos últimos anos, não diminuíram, e sim, só estão aumentando.
Nossa maior preocupação é a reforma do alto forno e outros equipamentos da empresa, que envolvem milhares de trabalhadores em um curto espaço de tempo.
Lembramos que, maior que o poder do gerente na obra, é a responsabilidade que ele tem sobre a vida desses trabalhadores.
