QUEM TEM QUE DECLARAR?
Você tem que declarar se:
recebeu rendimentos tributáveis (salário, 13°, rendimentos de aplicações financeiras, aluguel) acima de R$ 28.559,70;
tem rendimentos isentos, não tributáveis ou tributados na fonte acima de R$ 40 mil;
teve lucro na alienação de bens ou direitos ou realizou operações em Bolsas de Valores;
tem a posse ou a propriedade de bens ou direitos, inclusive terreno sem construção, de valor superior a R$ 300 mil em 31 de dezembro;
optou pela isenção do IR sobre o ganho de capital na venda de imóveis residenciais nos termos do art. 39 da Lei nº 11.196/2005;
obteve receita bruta anual decorrente de atividade rural acima do limite (R$ 142.798,50);
tenha intenção de compensar prejuízos da atividade rural.

O prazo para entregar declaração é 31 de maio (terça-feira).
