CONTRATO INTERMITENTE MÃO DE OBRA ESCRAVA

Companheiros,
Durante essa semana, recebemos várias reclamações de trabalhadores que estão em casa sem salário e sem emprego devido ao famigerado contrato de trabalho intermitente.
Ou seja, quando tem trabalho, a empresa chama o trabalhador e, quando não tem, o mesmo fica em casa, sem direito a nada. Este é o contrato de trabalho criado pelo governo para ajudar as empresas e prejudicar os trabalhadores.
Prejudicar da seguinte forma: hoje quem está desempregado tem a ajuda do governo de receber o valor de R$600,00 por três meses, porém, quem está com contrato intermitente está em casa sem receber salário, ou seja, sem emprego e, dentro da lei do governo, o trabalhador não tem direito a ajuda dada pelo mesmo.
Segundo reclamações dos trabalhadores que prestaram serviços para as grandes empresas de nossa região, como a Gerdau, Vallourec, CSN, Vale e outras mais. Os trabalhadores estão com contrato intermitente em prestadores de serviços dessas empresas, porém, a única forma de receber o salário de R$600,00 do governo seria pedindo demissão.
Mesmo assim, muitas dessas empresas, como é o caso da Reframax, que está longe daqui, este tipo de contrato pode até ser legal, mas, é imoral deixar o trabalhador um ano sem salário, desempregado e, quando se tem uma ajuda do governo, não poder receber nada.
É necessário que as tomadoras de serviço deem uma olhada nisso e ajudem a resolver este problema, pois, são milhares de trabalhadores sem salário e sem poder receber a ajuda do governo por causa desse famigerado contrato intermitente de trabalho que, como muito e muito já falado, somente serve para prejudicar os trabalhadores.
Sendo assim, sabemos que o trabalhador que está em contrato de trabalho intermitente é o mesmo que estar desempregado.
