Mais uma vez, o filme se repete!
Companheiros, continuamos com o firme propósito de iniciarmos, imediatamente, as negociações do Acordo Coletivo de Trabalho 2017/2018.
Porém, estamos aguardando definição, por parte da empresa, de quem será o novo responsável pelas Relações Sindicais da Gerdau Ouro Branco, a fim de iniciarmos as negociações.
Porque o filme se repete?
No ano passado, tivemos a mesma situação: negociamos com a empresa numa total comoção dos trabalhadores, devido aos acidentes fatais ocorridos na empresa, vitimando 5 trabalhadores.
E, relativamente ao último acidente, ocorrido na Coqueria 2 da Gerdau Ouro Branco, vale dar destaque ao lastimável fato de que, além de ter deixado um número de 3 vítimas fatais, ainda temos 4 trabalhadores internados em estado grave.
Tão logo essa situação se resolva, exigiremos da empresa o início imediato das negociações salariais.
